Aurora
Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 on the 15th of June, 1996 at Stavanger) is an Norwegian musician and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15, 2015, it received a raving review from music blogs and the media. She's recorded a variety of well-known covers, such as Half the World Away (by the band Oasis) to accompany John Lewis' Christmas advert as well as Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole), which were widely appreciated. The singer gained further attention through a tweet from Katy Perry where Perry endorsed the song Runaway. Celebrate the special occasion. Aurora Aksnes' earliest musical memories are of discovering the piano in the attic of her home, and becoming fascinated with the sounds it produced. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father.
